If you feel overwhelmed by your crazy life or judge yourself for falling short of perfection, you’ve probably learned to be your own worst critic rather than your own best friend. You will receive the antidote to the flawed idea that you are not enough. You will learn how to release the layers of expectations to finally see yourself for the authentic, perceptive, powerful human being you really are.

If you don't love and honor yourself with every fiber of your being, if you could use more joyful play and simple presence in your life, if you struggle with owning your power and passion -- then it is time for an inner revolution to reclaim your energy.

This is an EXPERIENTIAL workshop intensive focusing on living from your ESSENCE rather than from your fear. Reclaim Your Wholeness is an interactive, inspirational, head-to-toe re-wiring to get you back into INTEGRITY as the Unique Human that you were meant to be.

You will leave this workshop:

Re-wired with a new, tangible pathway to commit to yourself and your purpose.

Re-inspired to take actions that dissolve judgment, fear, and scarcity thinking so you can access your innate wisdom.

Re-connected to your wholeness, your creativity, and your joyful essence.

This is open to all women who are willing to look within and grow into who you truly are. We guarantee you will be raised to a whole new level.

A variety of modalities will be used throughout the day to facilitate breakthroughs in perspective, releasing of heavy energy, and reconnecting with your whole, sacred self to feel more empowered, connected, and clear.

We will utilize a blend of modern psychology with ancient universal spiritual teachings, parts work/inner child work, guided visualization, and many experiential exercises.

We will process emotional blocks, release insecurities, shame, guilt, self-judgment, criticism and fear and shift to embrace yourself with compassion, practice vulnerability, and remember who you are.

"It is a must to experience if they are seeking to expand their self-compassion and look at things from other perspectives."

"Such a lovely way to connect with amazing women, and really dig deeper into yourself and your emotions while being held in a group of equally vulnerable and strong women. Take the risk to go outside of your comfort zone."

"If you're in a spot in your life where you want to learn more about yourself and get back in tune with who you are, then go to this retreat."
