WE ARE HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:

FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME LICENSED CLINICIAN

Insight is seeking to hire a fully licensed clinical therapist to work with adults and couples in our thriving insurance-based group practice. Our positions begin as part-time (10-20 sessions) per week with the option to build to full-time (24-30 clients per week) within 3-6 months. The right candidate will hold a Colorado LCSW or LPC. Part-time positions start at $55 per clinical hour and $20 per administrative hour. Full-time positions start at $55 per clinical hour and $20 per administrative hour and include PTO, 6 holidays per year, 401k plus matching, in-house training, and a continuing education stipend and more.

This position is perfect for you if you want to avoid the isolation of a solo-practice and would like someone else to manage the business aspects of running your private practice while you get to focus on what you love, working with people. Additionally, you will experience working in a private practice setting with the support of seasoned leaders who will provide training, support, mentorship, and inspiration.

FULL-TIME PROVISIONAL LICENSE CADIDATES

Insight is seeking to hire two Masters Level Candidates for Licensure to work with adults and couples in our thriving insurance-based group practice. Our positions begin as part-time and will build to full-time with the potential to grow a caseload of 24-30 clients per week within 3-6 months.

As part of our Post-Graduate Training Program, you will have access to monthly group supervision, weekly supervision with a therapist trained in IFS and/or EMDR, monthly Lunch and Learn In-house trainings, monthly couples consultation groups, monthly EMDR consultation groups, monthly IFS consultation groups and more.

This position is right for you if you seek to be supervised by seasoned therapists who are trained in Internal Family Systems and/or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.

All provisional licensed positions are Full-time and start at $45 per clinical hour and $20 per administrative hour. Full-time positions include PTO, 6 holidays per year, 401k plus matching, in-house training, and a continuing education stipend.

About Us

We are a private practice that specializes in treating trauma, anxiety, and other related issues with Internal Family Systems and EMDR therapy. We value continuing education and are committed to offering in-house training and supervision from an IFS and EMDR lens. Specialized training in trauma treatment (EMDR, IFS) and couples therapy (Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFS couples therapy), Sue Johnson, Stan Tatkin) is preferred and will allow you to easily see many of our referrals.

We are currently providing all services in a hybrid model. The majority of our client inquiries are requesting in-person services.

INTERNSHIP TRAINING PROGRAM

We are accepting applications for clinical internships for concentration year Master of Social Work students and practicum/internships for Masters in Clinical Mental Health students. We have positions that start in January, May, and August of each year. We do not offer paid internships.

We are seeking mature, self-directed counselors-in-training who are clear about their vision and know they want to work in a group practice setting. We require some work or volunteer experience in the helping field. Our clients demand a high level of life experience and we need you to be someone who is ready to jump in with both feet and learn from experience.
