    I want to help you become the person you are meant to be. In order to do this, I have developed an amazing team of therapists who are just as committed as I am to helping you feel whole, strong, and empowered. We will support you in gaining insight into the stories and core beliefs you have developed and guide you to create a new story for your life that is vibrant, compassionate and accepting. You are Whole, You are Sacred, and You are Loved.

    I hold a Master's Degree in Social Work with a License in Clinical Social Work and a Certification as an Addictions Specialist in the state of Colorado. I am the Founder and Director of Insight Counseling Center and have worked in this field since 1997. 

    I am not taking new clients at this time because I am devoted to leading & teaching the Insight team everything I know to help you lived a hearted-centered life. We believe you have all the answers inside you, but you may need to work through some protections, defenses, and  life disturbing experiences to access them.  This is our specialty, so check out the bios below and reach out to make an appt.
