Join LP Palazollo and Maria Casa as they lead you through a guided meditation that will leave you feeling grounded and centered. Each session includes the opportunity to learn a specific meditation practice, share about how it resonates for you, and listen to how others relate. The goal of this group is to support you in finding a space in your busy, chaotic day for calm and grounding.   
You will have the opportunity to practice meditations that incorporate breathing exercises,  guided visualization, and creative practices meditations. Meditation is an ancient practice that stems from nearly every spiritual practices. However, it's becoming more mainstream and is backed by evidenced based research. Meditation helps decrease stress, alleviate anxiety, minimize depression, improve sleep, enhance creativity, cultivate inner peace, trigger healthy changes in brain function, spark spiritual awakening and so much more. The goal of this group is to learn ways to create space to find a deeper sense of awareness in oneself and to develop stillness and compassion. 

When:  Starting March 30th, 2021 for 5 weeks.  Meet consecutive Tuesdays from 12-1:15 pm
Where: Online- zoom link will be emailed
Investment: $10 per group session to be paid at once $50
