I have a deep appreciation for storytelling and a fascination with how our inner dialogue shapes our self-concept. This background lends itself to both Narrative Therapy as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.Through my own recovery, I discovered the power of mindfulness and acceptance practices. I believe mindfulness lays the foundation for us to genuinely self-explore and go deeper with somatic processing and cognitive therapy. When we gain a deeper awareness of our experience, it prepares us to challenge our current coping mechanisms and heal old trauma.
