About Beth - Your Ally in Mind-Body Wellness 
I'm Beth, a passionate mental health professional currently pursuing my masters in Psychotherapy at Naropa University. Juggling the roles of a full-time student, Mindfulness Coach, and Yoga Instructor with a focus on Yoga Therapy, my journey has been shaped by over a decade in corporate America, where I held diverse roles in employee engagement and DEI.
 
Academic Journey: My academic pursuits signify my commitment to holistic well-being. Immersed in Somatic Body Psychotherapy studies, I integrate the wisdom of the body into therapeutic practices. The fusion of my corporate experience and wellness pursuits has fueled a passion for exploring the intricate connections between mind, body, and spirit.
 
Somatic-Informed Therapy: Rooted in somatic therapy, my approach includes, but also extends beyond traditional methods. Sessions are enriched with parts-work, mindfulness, movement practices, and attachment therapy. Together, we'll explore the language of your body, unveiling the narratives stored within. This somatic-informed approach empowers you to navigate challenges, release stored tension, and reconnect with your innate capacity for healing.
 
Therapeutic Orientation: My therapeutic orientation is goal-oriented and relationship-driven. Informed by coaching principles and Yoga philosophy, our collaboration will be a dynamic exploration of your unique experiences. We'll work towards not only alleviating symptoms but fostering long-term growth and resilience.
 
Yoga and Mindfulness Expertise: As a Mindfulness Coach and Yoga Instructor, I bring a unique blend of knowledge to our therapeutic journey. My concentration in Yoga Therapy enables me to leverage movement, mindfulness, and ancient Yogic principles to facilitate healing and growth. Recognizing the body as a reservoir of untapped knowledge, I guide clients toward a deeper understanding and appreciation of this interconnected wisdom.

 Beth is an avid reader, skier/hiker and overall outdoors enthusiast. She tries to spend as much of her free time as possible with her family, friends, and two senior Italian Greyhounds, Hamilton and Fitzgerald.
