  • Have you heard of the life-changing benefits of yoga?
  • Are you interested in the mind-body connection and integrating a regular yoga practice into your life?
  • Would you like to do more than just attend a yoga class and really connect with the other members?

Insight is now offering a yoga therapy group for anyone looking to incorporate yoga into their healing and mental health practices.

No prior yoga experience is necessary.

Lindsey Derus has been teaching yoga for 10+ years and is a certified yoga therapist.
She provides an integrative approach that supports clients in
reconnecting with their body, emotions, and spirit.

What to Expect:
A balance between group discussion, yoga practice, and experiential exercises. The practices are trauma-informed, meaning there is sensitivity to reducing potential triggers and activation in the nervous system.  The practices will be accessible to all experience levels, so it is not necessary to have any prior experience with yoga.

This group therapy is covered by insurance or
$65 per group with full payment due at registration. It is covered by:
Select Health, Optum, United Behavioral Health,  Aetna, Everorth/Cigna, First Health
