Therapeutic Yoga For Your Healing Journey

Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy

Yoga + Therapy = Deep Healing

October 21st - November 25th 2025

Tuesdays from 6:00-7:30 pm

6-weeks

Theme: The Five Layers of Being

In this group, we will explore our experience of ourselves and the world around us

through the lens of the panchakosha model, an ancient framework that views each person as

 five interconnected layers: body,

breath/energy, mind/emotions, wisdom, and spirit. We’ll use group discussion, experiential exercises,

and gentle movement to develop awareness and understanding of all layers of being.

In-Person

Covered by most insurance as group therapy

We will meet on the third floor in The Treehouse. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move in and bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and anything else you need to be comfortable during our time together.
  • Have you heard of the life-changing benefits of yoga?
  • Are you interested in the mind-body connection and integrating a regular yoga practice into your life?
  • Would you like to do more than just attend a yoga class and really connect with the other members?

Insight is now offering a yoga therapy group for anyone looking to incorporate yoga into their healing and mental health practices.

No prior yoga experience is necessary.

Lindsey Derus has been teaching yoga for 10+ years and is a certified yoga therapist.
She provides an integrative approach that supports clients in
reconnecting with their body, emotions, and spirit.

What to Expect:
Each group will begin with grounding and group check-ins, followed by guided discussion, experiential practices, and a 45-minute yoga practice. The practice will be trauma-informed and accessible to all experience levels. It is not necessary to have any prior yoga experience—this group is about healing and self-discovery, not performance or flexibility.
Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space to reduce stress, increase resilience,
and reconnect with a deeper sense of wholeness.

This group therapy is covered by insurance or
$65 per group with full payment due at registration. It is covered by:
Select Health, Optum, United Behavioral Health,  Aetna, Everorth/Cigna, First Health
