Are you ready to better understand yourself and build deeper connections with others? Join our Men’s Therapy Group, a safe and supportive space where men come together to explore their inner worlds guided by the principles of Internal Family Systems (IFS).
This approach teaches a way to recognize, learn about, and relate to the different thoughts, feelings, agendas, and beliefs within all of us that IFS labels “parts”. In the group we will explore how to use this framework to identify ways we can better connect to the various aspects or “parts” of ourselves and to see those “parts” are involved in our external relationships as well.
So, if you have been longing for a way to explore your internal self and have felt like you needed a map or a guide to get started on your journey, this could be the group for you.
Through guided practices and group discussions, you’ll:
Gain insight into your patterns, emotions, and behaviors
Develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others
Experience the power of connection and shared growth with other men
Build inner resilience and self-compassion
This group is open to men of all backgrounds who are seeking personal growth, healing, and authentic connection. No prior experience with IFS is necessary—just a willingness to explore and grow.
