Lily Jennings, SWC

Therapy is a space where people can pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves in ways that everyday life doesn’t always allow. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and honesty as you explore the parts of your story that feel most important right now.

My style is relational and collaborative. I draw from psychodynamic traditions and mindfulness-based practices, weaving together reflection and practical tools. I believe our bodies, relationships, and identities all hold valuable insights about how we heal and grow.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with people across a wide range of ages and life experiences. I have supported young adults navigating identity and transition, and I have worked with older adults facing questions of meaning, grief, and change. My path into this work has included supporting individuals in residential care, managing a day program for adults with developmental disabilities, and providing psychotherapy in both community mental health and college counseling settings. These experiences taught me that healing is not limited by age. Care that is grounded in presence and respect can meet people meaningfully at any stage of life.

I received my Master's in Social Work from the Smith College School for Social Work and hold an LSW in the state of Colorado. My clinical training has focused on working with LGBTQIA+ communities, emerging and older adults, and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

At the heart of my practice is a belief in each person’s capacity for growth, even in the midst of pain. What matters most to me is that you feel respected, understood, and supported in ways that truly make sense for you.
