Lily Jennings, SWC
Therapy is a space where people can pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves in ways that everyday life doesn’t always allow. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and honesty as you explore the parts of your story that feel most important right now.
My style is relational and collaborative. I also draw from psychodynamic traditions and mindfulness-based practices, weaving in both reflection and practical tools. I believe our bodies, relationships, and identities all hold valuable insights about how we heal and grow.
My path into this work has included supporting individuals in residential care, managing day programs for adults with disabilities, and providing psychotherapy in community mental health and college counseling settings. These experiences have taught me how much strength people carry, especially in moments of struggle, and how meaningful it is to witness growth over time.
I received my Master's in Social Work from the Smith School for Social Work, and I hold an LSW in the state of Colorado. My training has included working with emerging adults, LGBTQIA+ communities, and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
What matters most to me is that you feel respected, understood, and supported in ways that make sense for you.
