Each story that you hold and share is a precious piece of who you are. I believe that there is room for all the parts of your story to be honored and will work with you to learn and create meaning of the many stories that make up you, your relationships, and your experiences in the world.
I integrate aspects of mindfulness and internal family systems into my work with individual adults and couples to generate greater self-compassion, peace, and alignment internally and in relationships with others. I hold a masters degree from the University of Denver in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have completed coursework with the Gottman Institute to support my work with couples. In addition to elements of the Gottman Method, I incorporate an attachment-based model of couples therapy to support partners in not only changing their interactions, but understanding the roots of the cycles that lead to distress within the relationship. I love working with all couples - regardless of background or orientation.
I am dedicated to creating collaborative, compassionate, and growth-oriented experiences that help you understand yourself, your partner, your patterns, and your habits with greater clarity and kindness. I also seek to bring levity, joy, and celebration into our work in intentional ways. I can’t wait to be recruited onto your team of supporters and show up as a partner while you write the next chapter of your story.
