Living In Balance

When you read these words, do you feel the truth of them in your heart or do you feel weighed down by self-doubt and self-judgement?
If you don't love and honor yourself with every fiber of your being, if you could use more joyful play and simple presence in your life, if you struggle with owning your power and passion -- then it is time for an inner revolution to find true balance and give up the judging task-master and your unending need for approval and acceptance.  This class is all about finding your inner focus to become your True Self and doing it with a compassionate, open heart.
Join this course to create more balance and stability in your life. Throughout the 5 weeks, we will dive deeply into the teachings of what it means to be find balance, love ourselves and stop the inner judge in it's tracks.
Drawing on the wisdom from Buddhism, Toltec wisdom, ancient Earth-based goddess spirituality, and 20 years of experience in the mental health field, this course includes personal stories and exercises that will encourage and inspire you to become the true Woman you are meant to be. Each week you will meet with other powerful women to learn ways to incorporate the lessons into your own life, as well as practice exercises to help put these lessons into action.

If you are feeling disconnected from yourself and desire a connection with other women who are on a path of growth and awareness, you have found the right space.


Sarah Henry will be joining us to provide a uniquely crafted yin yoga practice tailored to each lesson.  Sarah is a Certified Lifestyle Medicine Coach and a Meditative Yoga Instructor, as well as the owner of her own practice, “Sarah Henry Holistic Wellness Coaching.” As a Lifestyle Medicine Coach, Sarah specializes in working with clients to explore ways to manage healthy diet and exercise; improve sleep and stress management strategies; and develop other lifestyle modifications into their busy schedules.

Investment: $250 for the entire series, must be paid at registration to hold your space

You may utilize your insurance.  If you choose to do this, you will pay your copay or co-insurance. We can verify if it is covered for you.  We work with Aetna, Anthem BC/BS, Cigna, United/Optum, Cofinity, and First Health.
