First appointment: What should you expect during the first meeting?

Your therapist will meet with you for 50-60 minutes and begin by asking you to share what lead to your decision to call a therapist.  Together, you will spend time discussing your current situation and may explore your physical health, employment, social life, family relationships, and spiritual life in order to get a broad perspective of who you are. 

Does your Health Insurance cover Payment of costs:

Possibly, our therapists are on many major insurance panals.  If you have any questions about whether your health insurance covers the costs of your therapy, we'd be happy to assist you - just call the director, Beth Barta at 303-246-3219 or send an email.

Therapy sessions: Coordinated with your schedule

Appointments will be scheduled with the a therapist based on your individual needs.  Please keep in mind potential lead times.
